POSITION: CO-OP

PPA is seeking motivated Co-ops to join our team during school breaks. Co-ops are students working part-time performing basic assignments and a variety of tasks. The firm strives to provide exposure in all “experience areas” of the NCARB Architectural Experience Program (AXP) where possible under the supervision of a firm architect.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an Architecture school program.

POSITION: DESIGNER

PPA is seeking a motivated full-time entry level designer (non-licensed architectural staff) performing basic architectural assignments with strong design, graphics and communication skills. Successful candidates must possess a positive attitude, an exemplary work ethic, and a strong creative design portfolio. Candidates should be committed to collaboration and possess strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch).

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and other 3D design and rendering software, such as SketchUp, Lumion or similar software.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software is preferred.

A firm architect will serve as an AXP supervisor to provide supervision for earning credit in all “experience areas” of the NCARB Architectural Experience Program (AXP).

PPA is seeking a motivated full-time 3+ years’ experience licensed professional with strong design, graphics and communication skills. Successful candidates must possess a positive attitude, an exemplary work ethic, and a strong creative design portfolio. Candidates should be committed to collaboration and possess strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Registered Architect with 3+ years’ experience.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and other 3D design and rendering software, such as SketchUp, Lumion or similar software.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Proficiency with other Adobe software is preferred.

POSITION: ARCHITECT (LEVEL II)

PPA is seeking a motivated full-time 6+ years’ experience licensed professional with strong design, graphics and communication skills. Successful candidates must possess a positive attitude, an exemplary work ethic, and a strong creative design portfolio. Candidates should be committed to collaboration and possess strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Registered Architect with 6+ years’ experience.

  • Experience with K-12 projects is preferred.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and other 3D design and rendering software, such as SketchUp, Lumion or similar software.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Proficiency with other Adobe software is preferred.
